![]() Trojans Win Humboldt Wrestling Invitational TitlePosted: 12/05/2009 - by Jim FieldAtlantic won the team title and crowned seven individual champions at the Humboldt Invitational Friday night. Atlantic totaled 321 points, Humboldt was second with 257.5, LeMars was third with 192.5 points, Maple Valley placed fourth with 142 and Shenandoah finished off the top five teams with a team total of 109 points. Individual champs for the Trojans include Bryce Wernimont at 119 pounds, Josh Perkins at 125, Brad Schwenke at 140, Derek Stork at 145, Kody Havens at 152, Rich Nichols at 189 and Jim Swanson at 215 pounds. Other place winners for Atlantic include Kody Kirchhoff who was second at 112 pounds, Rob Young at 130 and Ross Baier at 160 each grabbed third place finishes, Rob Nichols was fifth at 135, Austin Conrad was fifth at 285 and Cole Lowary was seventh at 171 pounds.
